Privacy and cookie notice

This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") to visitors of fondazionetuvaykun.org and to anyone who contacts the Foundation. The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancies.

Data we process and why

Browsing data

The servers hosting this website (Cloudflare) automatically log technical data such as IP address, time of request and browser type. This is used only to run and secure the website (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and kept no longer than necessary.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a statistics service that uses no cookies, does not track you across websites and does not collect data that identifies you. It helps us understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site.

Email contact

If you write to us, we process the data you share (name, email address, message) only to reply and handle your request, and keep it for as long as needed.

Donations

When you make a bank transfer, we receive the payer's details and reference from the bank. We use them to record the donation, issue receipts and meet accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), for the period required by law (usually 10 years).

Cookies

This website uses no profiling or third-party marketing cookies, so no consent banner is needed. Fonts are hosted on our own site, with no calls to external services.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by service providers that support us (hosting and email: Cloudflare, Inc.), appointed as processors where required. Any transfer outside the European Union relies on GDPR safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). Data is never sold or made public.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, or receive your data in a portable format, by writing to info@fondazionetuvaykun.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
