5×1000

A signature that costs nothing and means everything

If you pay income tax in Italy, the 5×1000 lets you assign a small share of the IRPEF you already pay to Fondazione Tuvaykun. It is not an extra tax and does not replace the 8×1000 or 2×1000: they are separate choices.

Three simple steps

  1. Take your tax return

    Modello 730, Modello Redditi Persone Fisiche, or the form attached to your Certificazione Unica (CU) if you don't file a return.

  2. Find the 5×1000 box

    Sign in the box for the «Sostegno degli enti del Terzo settore iscritti nel RUNTS» (support for registered third-sector organisations).

  3. Enter our tax code

    Below your signature, write 01253380255. Done: your contribution goes directly to the Foundation.

Not filing a tax return?

You can still choose: fill in the 5×1000 form attached to your Certificazione Unica, put it in a sealed envelope marked «Scelta per la destinazione del cinque per mille dell'IRPEF» with your name and tax code, and hand it in free of charge at a post office, a CAF or an authorised tax adviser.
